Billing.

I have two ways to bill you:

• Paper invoices and statements via postal mail, with a postage-paid return envelope for your convenience. Please tell me the postal address to receive the mailings.
• Electronic invoices and statements in PDF format as an attachment to an E-mail. Please tell me the E-mail address to receive the mail. The E-mail address must be from your Internet Service Provider. The E-mail address cannot be one associated with your web site domain name, nor a “free” E-mail account like YaHoo or HotMail or GMail, etc.

Payments.

You have two ways to pay me.

• Check or money order via postal mail (sorry, I don’t accept credit cards by mail, and please, no cash in the mail).
• On-line credit card payment via my on-line payment processor, PayPal.

If you choose to pay with your credit card using my on-line payment system, then please tell me the E-mail address that should receive the invoice and payment request.

After I have received your payment and processed it, I will send a statement of your account showing the current balance. If you pay by:

• check or money order by postal mail, then I will send a printed statement by postal mail.
• credit card on-line, then I will send an electronic statement in PDF format as an attachment to an E-mail.

I use PayPal as my on-line payment processor.
You do not need to be a member of PayPal.
There is nothing to sign up for, and nothing to join.
There is no cost to you to use PayPal to make a payment.

If you choose to make an on-line payment, then I will send an E-mail to you from my PayPal account. The subject line of the PayPal E-mail will be the Invoice number, and the E-mail will contain instructions on how to make the payment, and a link to a secure PayPal web page for the actual payment.

Your payment will appear on your credit card statement either as “BESTBYDESIG” or as “BEST BY DESIGN”, depending on the limitations imposed by your particular credit card company.

Using PayPal for my on-line payment system helps to protect you, in that I will not have your credit card number or other personal information.

Best By Design LLC does not retain or store any clients’ credit card information.
