If there is a problem involving your web site, or its hosting on my web site
servers, or with your E-mail accounts hosted on my E-mail servers, or with using nPower or “Edit My Page” to make changes to your web site, then by all means,
feel free to call or send an E-mail and I will do what is necessary to resolve the
problem as quickly as I can.
However, I don't mean to be surly, but it is not my job or what I do (I don't have the
time or, frankly, the patience) to teach you how to use your computer, install or
configure or show you how to use your software, configure and manage your local
area network (LAN), or install and set up your wireless network, or how to use
America Online or EarthLink or PeoplePC or HotMail or YaHoo, etc.
But because I get asked about some of these things so often, I've created some
pages for the most common questions. If your problem isn't covered by any of the
pages in the “Client Information” section, please take it up with your Internet
Service Provider (ISP), your network administrator, the store where you bought
your computer, the software or hardware manufacturer's web site or customer
service (tech support) department, etc.
