About Our E-mail Accounts

If you sent an E-mail to us and we didn’t respond , your E-mail might have been deleted by our junk-mail filters, for which we apologize. Please send the E-mail again after rewriting it to remove junk-like contents, or you can fill out our Contact Us form.

We use both “server-side” junk mail filters, and FireTrust’s MailWasher.

  • The server-side filters delete most junk mail before it ever gets into our “in” box. Therefore, we usually never see most of the typical junk mail.
  • We also block most E-mail from “free” E-mail accounts, including but not limited to: HotMail.com, Gmail.com, YaHoo.com, Email.com, and others.
  • For the little bit of junk that does get past our server-side filters, then MailWasher automatically tags most of it for deletion. For the little bit of junk that MailWasher doesn’t tag, we manually select it for deletion, then MailWasher “learns” to identify it for future tagging and deletion.

If you sent an E-mail to us and it was returned to you as undeliverable due to “no such address”, you can fill out our Contact Us form to reestablish contact with us. Please use the same name and E-mail address that you have previously used, so we know who you are. We’ve had spammers use the form to try to get our current E-mail address!

We occasionally change our E-mail address when the amount of junk E-mail that gets past our filters becomes annoying. Some of the @BestByDesign.com E-mail addresses we deactivated are:
