Sorry. I don’t have Outlook, so I can’t tell you how to set it up or use it.

But from the very few times I’ve helped to set it up in various offices, Outlook was similar to setting up Outlook Express.

Try following the steps on the Outlook Express page. If that doesn’t help, try the Outlook Help. If that doesn’t help, try the Microsoft web site pages for Outlook:
